Hand Woven Backrest and Seat Surface

Both the backrest and seat are entirely hand-woven from PE rattan. When making the backrest and seat, we first fix the flexible PE rattan according to the chair frame's outline. Then, we use specific winding and interlacing weaving techniques, and we arrange the rattan on the backrest and seat frame tightly and evenly. Throughout the process, we control the tension and spacing of each strand of rattan to create a resilient, breathable, and naturally textured woven surface.

After weaving, we will trim the rattan to ensure a smooth and even backrest and seat. Once trimmed, the backrest and seat will be free of any burrs, and they have a warm, skin-friendly feel.

Walnut wood grain aluminum frame

When creating these Parisian Woven French Bistro Chairs, we use walnut wood grain aluminum frames, and we replace the traditional screw connection structure with precision welding technology. So, these chairs have elegant line designs. Meanwhile, they also enhance their load-bearing capacity and outdoor durability due to their metal materials and craftsmanship.

Precision welded aluminum frames are much lighter than traditional wooden frames and wrought iron frames, but the aluminum frames can withstand a weight of up to 150kg. We present a natural and realistic walnut grain on the frame surface through heat transfer printing technology.
