Chair Frame Construction

 

We utilize 6061-grade or 6063-grade aluminum alloy tubing. The standard wall thickness is 1.5 mm. 6061-grade aluminum alloy is renowned for its superior strength and excellent fatigue resistance. We employ this material for manufacturing the load-bearing components, such as the main support legs, structural crossbeams, and connecting joints—which serve as critical structural elements. Conversely, 6063-grade aluminum alloy is distinguished by its exceptional extrudability and surface finish. We use it to produce components with significant curvature or complex shapes, such as curved chair backs, armrests, and decorative moldings.

 

We can customize the tubing wall thickness and diameter according to different load-bearing requirements and design styles. We ensure that these outdoor dining chairs balance structural stability with lightweight requirements.

 

We offer differentiated sizes for different chair models. And we can adjust the size according to your needs. We strictly follow the ergonomic principles in designing all of our chair frames. And we scientifically set the overall height, seat height, seat width, seat depth, backrest angle, and armrest height, etc. We ensure that your waist and back receive sufficient support, and your legs are able to stretch freely. We ensure that diners can achieve a comfortable experience.

 

In terms of structural fabrication, we adopted a full welding process to firmly connect all aluminum alloy components together through precision welding. We ensure that the chair frame is sturdy, stable, and durable through the full welding process. These outdoor dining chairs can withstand a maximum weight of 200kg.

 

When processing the frame surface, we used a 220℃ high-temperature curing powder coating process or heat transfer printing technology to tightly bond the coating with the aluminum material, forming a dense protective layer. Therefore, our chair frame has excellent durability: UV protection, rust resistance, corrosion resistance, and scratch resistance.

 

We provide a rich variety of colors and textures for making the chair frames, including natural and realistic wood/bamboo grain coatings, simple and modern solid color coatings, delicate matte finishes, and bright glossy finishes. So, our outdoor dining chairs can match different decoration styles.

 

Backrest and Seat Construction

 

We offer our clients six backrest and seat material options:

• Upholstered seat design (outdoor grade fabric cover and foam filling) for modern and luxurious styles.
• PE rattan seat design (PE rattan) for Southeast Asian, natural, and Mediterranean styles.
• Rope seat design (PL rope or twisted PE rope) for minimalist, modern beachfront, and high-end resort hotel styles.
• Textilene seat design (textilene) for industrial, American casual, and sporty styles.
• Plastic wood seat design (plastic wood composite material) for Japanese natural, pastoral, and eco-friendly themes.
• Aluminum seat design (aluminum) for minimalist modern, industrial, and high-tech styles.

 

In terms of design, we can choose a single material to achieve a unified style, or we can mix and match. The mixing and matching methods are flexible, and we can customize according to your actual needs and ergonomic requirements. In addition, we can also adjust colors and patterns for our clients.

 

To ensure the weather resistance, abrasion and tear resistance, stain resistance, we have established a systematic control system for material selection and process standards.

 

• On the material side, we rigorously select outdoor-grade materials, including outdoor-grade fabric cover and foam filling, PE rattan, PL rope or twisted PE rope, textilene, aluminum, and plastic wood. All of the raw materials have passed tests for anti-aging, anti-mildew, salt spray resistance, abrasion resistance, and tear resistance. We ensure that these materials maintain structural stability and good-looking color over long-term exposure to outdoor environments such as sunlight, rain, and large temperature fluctuations.

 

• In terms of stain resistance and ease of maintenance, we achieve excellent easy-clean properties through surface treatment and structural design. Both the aluminum seat and plastic wood seat have a dense, smooth surface that prevents stains from penetrating. For daily cleaning, it requires only a wipe. The textilene seat is non-absorbent, and it has a breathable mesh. Even if stained with oil or mud, you can easily rinse it clean. Both the PE rattan seat and rope seat have a stain-resistant coating. You can finish deep cleaning with a soft brush and neutral detergent. The upholstered seat is suitable for use in semi-outdoor areas.

 

Regarding the Manufacturing Process

• We use a hand-weaving technique to produce PE rattan seats and rope seats. This hand-weaving process is done by experienced workers, ensuring a tight weave, natural texture, and artistic aesthetic.
• We use industrial-grade sewing equipment to precisely sew upholstered seats and textilene seats. This ensures the stitching is even and strong, preventing loosening or deformation even after long-term use.
• We employ mold forming and machining methods to produce aluminum seats and plastic wood seats, ensuring high dimensional accuracy, strong batch consistency, and excellent structural stability.

 

Chair Leg Design

 

We installed black plastic plugs on the legs of our outdoor dining chairs.

 

Firstly, this design solves the problem of wear and tear caused by direct contact between the metal chair legs and the floor. These durable plastic plugs effectively cushion the friction between the chair legs and the floor, reducing the rate of wear. Secondly, these plastic plugs also prevent scratches or rust stains from direct metal contact from contaminating the floor.

 

Stackable Design

 

These outdoor dining chairs feature a stackable design.

 

We meticulously optimized the backrest and seat angles, narrowed the legs, and provided protective treatment for the stacking surfaces. This ensures that each chair fits precisely and remains stable when stacked. This also prevents damage to the backrest or seat material from compression, and prevents slippage or tipping during stacking. Furthermore, ergonomic grips are provided between the backrest and seat, allowing users to easily stack and separate chairs without strenuous lifting.

 

This stackable design offers users numerous conveniences. You can flexibly adjust your outdoor space according to seasonal changes or event needs. Moreover, it greatly improves handling efficiency and storage flexibility.

 

Healthy and Environmentally Friendly

 

In material selection, we strictly adhere to the principle of prioritizing safety and health. All of the materials meet international standards, and they are free of heavy metals, phthalates, formaldehyde, and other harmful substances. These materials release no irritating odors during use, and they will not leach harmful components due to sunlight or high temperatures. Furthermore, these materials are skin-friendly, and they will not cause allergies. Each batch of materials undergoes rigorous testing before warehousing, eliminating any potential health risks to users from the source.
