Lightweight Chair Frame With Strong Load Bearing Capacity

 

The chair frame is constructed with 6061 grade and 6063 grade aluminum alloy tubes, with 1.5 mm standard thickness. If you have specific weight-bearing requirements or need special design styles, we can also customize tube wall thickness and diameter for you.

 

Aluminum alloy material itself is a low-density metal material. Thus, these aluminum restaurant chairs are built with lightweight body to ensure easy placement and transportation in daily life. At the same time, this material itself has excellent structural strength, with safe use and long lifespan. Compared to materials such as iron, steel, solid wood, and plastic, aluminum alloy is more suitable for manufacturing chair frames.

 

Chair Frame Molding Process

 

We select tubing with uniform wall thickness and high precision. Then, according to the design drawings, we perform precision cutting, CNC bending, and stamping processes on the aluminum tubing. And we use high-precision welding technology to weld all the aluminum alloy components into a single unit. Finally, we polish and grind the chair frame to ensure uniform, strong, aesthetically pleasing welds which are free of gaps that could trap dirt. The fully welded chair frame remains stable even under a load of up to 200kg, without any loosening or wobbling. Our restaurant chairs can provide ample safety for customers of all body types.

 

Surface Treatment Process

 

After the welding process is completed, we will meticulously grind and polish the chair frame to eliminate weld seams and micro burrs. Next, we will move on to the crucial step—the 220℃ high-temperature curing powder coating process.

 

We use electrostatic adsorption to evenly apply powder coating to the frame surface, covering every corner. Then, we place the chair frame into a 220℃ high-temperature workshop for baking and curing. Through this process, the powder coating completely melts and deeply penetrates the micropores of the aluminum alloy surface, forming extremely strong molecular-level adhesion. Therefore, the surface coating shows superior adhesion, and it will not crack or peel off due to bumps. Moreover, this powder coated surface has a smooth and delicate feel, free of particles and bubbles, with a high-end texture.

 

The high-temperature cured coating becomes a dense protective barrier. This protective barrier is resistant to Ultraviolet radiation, rust, corrosion, and scratches. The surface coating will not get damaged due to common oil stains and cleaning agents found in the catering environment.

 

Coating Color Selection For Chair Frame

We use heat transfer printing technology to create a natural and realistic wood grain or bamboo grain texture on the aluminum alloy surface. A full range of shades from dark to light is available. 2. PE Rattan Seat

Chair Leg Protection

 

All of our restaurant chairs are equipped with high-quality black plastic foot plugs. These foot plugs are precisely installed with hand by our experienced workers. This manual installation ensures a tight fit between the foot plugs and the chair legs, providing a stable and secure fit that is unlikely to fall off or loosen.

 

These foot plugs are made of high-strength engineering plastic, offering excellent wear resistance and pressure resistance. They prevent scratches and abrasions on the floor. At the same time, they reduce noise when the chairs move, creating a quieter dining environment for customers.

 

Stackable Design

 

We design these restaurant chairs with stacking function. The specific stacking quantity varies depending on the chair model.
