Material and Specification Options of Our Outdoor Furniture

01.  Material and Specification Options For the Load-Bearing Frame

We provide aluminum load-bearing frames for our outdoor dining chairs, outdoor bar stools, outdoor leisure sofas, and outdoor loungers. Among various aluminum alloy materials, we select 6061 or 6063 grade aluminum tubing with a wall thickness of 1.5mm. You can choose other tubing wall thicknesses and diameters according to your needs. We offer various sizes for different seating models. Furthermore, we can adjust and customize sizes to your requirements.

02.  Material and Specification Options For Backrest and Seat Surface

We offer a wide variety of backrest and seat materials, including PE rattan, PE wicker, PL rope, twisted PE rope, textilene, aluminum, plastic wood composite material, outdoor grade upholstery fabric and foam filling.

03.  Material and Specification Options For Seat Cushion and Throw Pillow

We use soft, quick-drying foam to fill the seat cushion and throw pillow. Furthermore, we select weather-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and stain-resistant fabric for making the cushion cover and pillow cover. We design a hidden zipper on the back of the cushion and pillow. This metal zipper is rust-resistant, because we use durable metal. Additionally, you can customize with sewn-on straps or strongly adhesive Velcro. You can also customize the thickness of the seat cushion and throw pillow.

04. Material and Specification Options For Outdoor Table Tops

Our outdoor table tops can be categorized into six types: sintered stone table top, glass based ceramic table top, plastic wood table top, HPL table top with aluminum edging, teak wood table top, aluminum table top.

Regarding thickness, we offer various specifications including 6mm, 18mm, 20mm, 30mm, etc. Customizable sizes are available. We can customize various sizes and shapes (round, square, rectangular, oval, irregular shapes, etc.) according to your needs.

 

05.  Material and Specification Options For Outdoor Table Bases

We primarily offer aluminum table base (6061 or 6063 grade aluminum alloy), cast iron table base, and stainless steel table base (314 or 316 stainless steel). Different models correspond to different sizes. We can adjust the size or customize the shape and structure according to your usage scenario.

06.  Bottom design

We can install black plastic plugs or black plastic pads on the bottom of outdoor furniture, to prevent scratching the floor, making noise, and preventing slipping.

Manufacturing Process of Our Outdoor Furniture

01.  Manufacturing Process of Aluminum Load-Bearing Frame

We offer two manufacturing processes for making the aluminum load-bearing frame of our outdoor seating products. These two processes primarily involve full welding connection and screw connection.

 

If you want a more robust and stable load-bearing frame, we recommend choosing furniture products built using a fully welded process. These outdoor furniture pieces are stackable.

 

If you prefer a more convenient and flexible storage method, you can choose the foldable design. The foldable design is created using a screw-connection process. We ensure structural stability through precise drilling, rust-proof screws, and high-precision tightening.

 

02.  Surface Treatment  Processes Of Aluminum Materials

In our outdoor furniture collection, we offer a wide variety of aluminum components. For example, the load-bearing structures of outdoor dining chairs, outdoor bar stools, outdoor leisure sofas, and outdoor loungers are all made of aluminum alloy. We also offer aluminum backrest and seat surface, aluminum table top, aluminum table base, aluminum edging for HPL table top.

 

For aluminum components, we offer four surface treatment processes: wood grain / bamboo grain heat transfer printing technology, 220℃ high-temperature curing powder coating treatment, anodizing process, and electroplating process. These surface treatments are designed to enhance the weather resistance and aesthetics for the aluminum surface.

 

You can choose the appropriate surface treatment method according to your actual needs.

03.  Surface Treatment Processes Of Cast Iron Table Base and Stainless Steel Table Base

For cast iron table base and stainless steel table base, we offer powder coating treatment or electroplating process.

04. About the Outdoor Table Tops

No matter it is sintered stone tabletop and glass based ceramic tabletop, or plastic wood tabletop and HPL tabletop, these tabletops are all made of outdoor grade materials. Therefore, no additional coating is needed. For teak tabletop, we do not recommend using regular protective varnishes. We recommend that you apply teak-specific conditioner regularly, to maintain the teak's color and water resistance.

05.  About the Backrest and Seat Surface Materials

The backrest and seat surface are made of different types of materials, which are UV-resistant, waterproof, moisture-proof and salt spray-resistant. No additional protective coating is required.

06.  Manufacturing Process of Backrest and Seat Surface

When manufacturing the backrest and seat surface, we primarily employ two techniques: hand weaving technique and machine made technique. Hand weaving technique is used to produce PE rattan seat, PE wicker seat, and rope seat. Machine made technique is used to produce textile seat, aluminum seat, plastic wood seat, and upholstered seat.

How to Clean and Maintain Outdoor Furniture?

If you want to clean the furniture, we recommend that you first wipe the surface with a damp cloth to remove dust. Then, depending on the severity of the stain, you can choose to rinse directly with water or spot clean with a mild detergent. Please avoid using chemicals containing bleach or strong acids and alkalis, to prevent damage to the materials.

After cleaning, you can place the furniture in a well-ventilated area to let it air dry naturally, or put it in the sun to dry completely.
