When it comes to the frame construction of outdoor seating products, the common materials are mainly divided into three categories: metal, solid wood and plastic.

We recommend using 6061 or 6063 grade aluminum alloy materials. This is because these two materials take into account the advantages of light weight, high strength, strong weather resistance, low maintenance cost, green and environmentally friendly.

6. Bottom Protection Detail For Our Outdoor Furniture Collection

 

We install anti-slip and wear-resistant black plastic plugs, at the bottom of seating products and table products. With these black plastic plugs, we can effectively prevent furniture legs from scratching various types of floors, such as wooden floors, tiles or stone floors, etc. These black plastic plugs reduce the noise generation during movement, and enhance the stability of furniture placement.

 

Production process of Outdoor Furniture

 

1. Weight Bearing Frame Connection Technology 

 

When creating the framework for the outdoor seating products, we offer full welding process and screw connection process.

 

We can provide outdoor seating products made by full welding technology which have a stackable structure. We will weld the metal tubes with high precision to form an one-piece, sturdy, stable frame without exposed connectors. The fully welded structure shows strong rigidity, good weight-bearing capacity. This structure is not easy to loosen after long-term use. Then, we achieve compact stacking through stackable design to assist users in saving storage and transportation space.

 

In addition, we can also provide outdoor seating products made by screw connection technology which have a foldable structure. We make use of screws and bolts to assemble and connect the various components of the frame. This foldable structure is easy to disassemble and install on site.

 

2. Metal Surface Treatment

 

We can provide the following mainstream surface treatment processes:

 

• Wood Grain /Bamboo Grain Heat Transfer Printing Technology: We can form natural and realistic wood grain /bamboo grain textures on metal substrates.

• 220℃ High-Temperature Cured Powder Coating Process: We can make the metal surface resistant to ultraviolet rays, rust, corrosion, and scratches.

• Anodizing Process: We can enhance the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of metal surfaces. And we create a premium metallic texture.

• Electroplating Process: We can form bright decorative or functional coatings on metal surfaces,  to enhance surface hardness and rust resistance.

 

3. Backrest and Seat Surface Construction

 

When creating backrests and seat surfaces, we can divide the craftsmanship into two categories: hand woven craftsmanship and machine made craftsmanship.

 

If you choose rattan seat, wicker seat and rope seat, we will make use of hand weaving techniques. This craftsmanship is completed by an experienced team of workers.

 

If you choose textilene seat, aluminum seat, plastic wood seat, upholstered seat and padded seat, we will complete the production through the use of machinery and equipment.
