Frame Construction

The frames of our chairs, bar stools, and sofas are all made from high-quality aluminum tubes. We use 1.5mm thick, 6063-grade aluminum tubes (tensile strength ≥ 290 MPa). They can support loads up to 200 kg, ensuring ease of use for a wide range of body types.

We use professional all welded technology. Through precision welding, we seamlessly connect aluminium alloy components to create a sturdy and integrated structure. Compared to traditional screw assembly, this all welded construction increases the furniture's load-bearing capacity by over 30%, fully meeting the high-frequency demands of commercial spaces. Furthermore, this process eliminates the risk of screw loosening, resulting in a more stable overall structure with excellent wind and earthquake resistance. The concealed welding ensures smooth, seamless seams. Combined with a polished finish, these furniture pieces create a seamless, high-end, integrated aesthetic.

Frame Surface

To enhance the durability of the surface coating, we use a 220℃powder coating process. We apply the environmentally friendly powder coating evenly to the aluminum surface through electrostatic adsorption and cure it at 220℃. The high-temperature-cured coating offers excellent adhesion. And it is UV-resistant, rust-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and scratch-resistant, making it suitable for outdoor use in the sun and rain.

In addition, we powder coat the entire structure, ensuring that every joint receives equal protection and eliminating the risk of oxidation at the seams.

The powder coating we use is environmentally friendly and safe. It is solvent-free, RoHS-compliant. It contains no heavy metals.

Seating Options
