1. Frame Materials for Dining Chair, Bar Stool and Leisure Sofa

We use 6061 or 6063 grade aluminum tubing with a wall thickness of 1.5mm. Then, we precisely weld all the aluminum tubing together. Furthermore, we enhance the aluminum surface with UV resistance, rust prevention and scratch resistance through powder coating treatment (cured at 220℃).

 

2. Backrest and Seat Materials

We recommend using PE rattan or textilene for the backrest and seat. PE rattan is UV-resistant and moisture-proof. It is easy to clean, and it has an appearance similar to natural rattan. Textilene is a PVC-coated polyester mesh that is breathable and quick-drying. It has high tensile strength, and it does not absorb water.

 

3. Tabletop Materials

For the french bistro outdoor furniture collection, we mainly offer three material options: the richly patterned HPL tabletop, the natural and high-end teak wood tabletop, and the lightweight yet extremely hard glass based ceramic tabletop.

• HPL Tabletop: 30mm thick. We provide wood grain, marble grain and solid colors.
• Teak Wood Tabletop: 18mm thick. We retain the natural teak color.
• We can customize the tabletops into various shapes, such as round, square and rectangular shapes.

 

4. Table Base Size Selection and Color Customization

You can choose table bases with different sizes according to your needs. We recommend using black powder coating as the main exterior color.
