To craft the sofa frame, coffee table top and legs, we select 6061 or 6063 grade aluminum alloy as the main material. We prioritize these two types of aluminum because of their lightweight design, excellent strength and corrosion resistance. To enhance their UV resistance, rust prevention and scratch resistance, we make use of a powder coating process (cured at 220℃) to create a hard, non-peeling coating.

For the seat cushion, we choose a fabric cover with UV-protective, water-repellent and stain-resistant performance, along with quick-drying foam filling. We use the water-repellent fabric cover, to prevent rainwater or liquids from seeping into the foam.

For the backrest, we use twisted PE rope and make it with hand woven craftsmanship. This twisted PE rope has excellent UV resistance, aging resistance and weather resistance. It is not easily cracked or faded even though it is exposed to prolonged sunlight.
