We use full welding technology to make the chair frame. All seams are treated with one-time fusion welding, and there are no instances of virtual welding or missed welding. The weld seam undergoes three manual polishing processes to ensure that the aluminum surface is smooth and free of burrs. The entire framework undergoes pre-treatment processes, including degreasing, phosphating, and passivation before entering the electrostatic powder coating production line. The spraying thickness reaches 60-80 μm, and a dense protective layer is formed after high-temperature curing at 220℃.
Through a series of surface treatment processes, our chair frame has excellent scratch resistance, salt spray corrosion resistance (neutral salt spray test ≥240 hours), and UV resistance. The olive green coating does not fade or peel off after long-term use. Light Green Upholstered Seat
We use quick drying high rebound foam when filling the backrest and seat surface. These foam fillings have an open cell structure that allows them to quickly expel internal moisture and dampness. The foam filling is wrapped in light green commercial grade fabric. This fabric cover is UV resistant and water repellent. In terms of weather resistance, it can pass the environmental cycling test from -10℃ to +60℃.
At the same time, this fabric cover has excellent wear resistance (wear resistance test ≥ 50000 revolutions). It is treated with an anti fouling coating. You can easily wipe off stains such as red wine, coffee, soy sauce, etc. by using a damp cloth and neutral detergent. The color fastness of the fabric cover reaches level 4. Thus, the cost of daily cleaning and maintenance becomes extremely low.
