1. Heavy Duty Structural Design

To solve the load-bearing problem, we have adopted a super strong structural design. We used 6063 grade aluminum alloy tubes with a thickness of 1.5mm. And we create a sturdy and stable chair frame through full welding technology. Under the seat, we welded the H-shaped aluminum frame and chair legs together to further enhance stability. Our heavy duty restaurant chairs can support up to 200 kilograms. They do not deform or shake even under high-intensity and high-frequency use.

2. Weather Resistant Material with Long Service Life

In order to cope with various complex outdoor environments, we use outdoor grade twisted PE rope material to make the backrest and seat surface, which is completed through hand weaving technology. Our heavy duty restaurant chairs are designed with breathable and comfortable woven structures that are resistant to harsh weather conditions. In addition, we ensure that the chair frame has excellent corrosion resistance and UV resistance through the 220℃ high-temperature curing powder coating process and wood grain heat transfer printing technology.
