To enhance durability, we use 6061 or 6063 grade aluminum tubing to construct the frame, and we employ a fully welded process. This lightweight and strong frame perfectly meets the requirements and standards of high-end restaurants. These luxury upholstered restaurant chairs can support up to 150kg without wobbling, deforming, or rusting.
In terms of appearance, we adopt a fine powder coating process and choose a matte black powder coating design. The matte black powder-coated aluminum surface is dirt-resistant, scratch-resistant, and it has a smooth and delicate texture. The soft and elegant matte effect presents a more high-end feel.
Upholstered Seat Suitable for Indoor and Outdoor Use
To achieve the dual functionality, we select soft, quick-drying foam filling. Our foam material can wick away moisture and regain its fluffiness even after rain.
