Chair Frame
1. Material
These upholstered cafe outdoor dining chairs are made of 6061 or 6063 grade aluminum alloy, offering lightweight, high strength, and corrosion resistance.
2. Tube Wall Thickness
Standard thickness is 1.5 mm, but thicker walls or larger diameter tubing can be customized for increased strength.
3. Structural Process
It is constructed using a fully welded process, ensuring a robust, stable structure with excellent load-bearing capacity, and a sleek, integrated design.
4. Surface Treatment
The surface features an elegant and versatile white powder coating, cured at 220℃, resulting in a hard and weather-resistant finish. Other coating colors are available upon request.
