Product Features

 

1.  Fully Welded Powder Coated Aluminum Frame

 

• We used a fully welded chair structure. Allf of the connection point is seamlessly welded. So, these outdoor French bistro restaurant chairs have a much higher overall strength than chairs assembled with ordinary screws. Our chairs do not have the risk of shaking or loosening.

 

• We used lightweight and rust free 6061 grade and 6063 grade aluminum tubes. Compared to iron frames, they have reduced weight by nearly 40%. So, you can easily move and stack these chairs for storage.

 

• We produce a protective powder coating on the surface frame through electrostatic spraying and high-temperature curing processes. 2.  Hand Woven PE Rattan Seat

 

• We have adopted PE rattan certified by REACH/RoHS. This material is non-toxic, odorless, and very environmentally friendly. It can prevent mold and bacteria.

 

• Our workers have over five years of experience. They can skillfully weave PE rattan material line by line, to create delicate and tight textures, soft and supportive sitting sensation.

 

• This PE rattan material performs better than natural rattan in terms of performance. Its UV resistance level reaches level 8. Even if you put the outdoor french bistro restaurant chairs under the scorching sun for 3-5 years. This material still maintains minimal color difference.
